We took the super early morning funicular up to Sunnegga from Zermatt just to get this shot. This was one shot on my bucket list since I started planning my trip to Zermatt. Unfortunately (but expected with the kind of luck we have), the four days we were there the sky was pretty much cloudy in the mornings. I wasn't very hopeful when we woke up at 5 AM on our last day but the weather gods decided to bless us and we got to experience this awe-inspiring spectacle which rendered us speechless.
