Sword of Lightning! - Hofburg Palace, Vienna

A stacked image four 30 second exposures. We had a short 2 day stay in Vienna. Altough an amazing city, it was quite uninspiring for me as a photographer. Maybe it was because of the endless hordes of tourists or the cloudless pale blue sky. Honestly, I was extremely demotivated. And then the magic happened - a thunderstorm! Luckily our hotel was close to the Hofburg Palace and we were just walking back for the night when we saw the first lightning strike and decided to shoot at this equestrian statue.
