Follow the light! - Buttermere, Lake District

One of the many small becks that feed the beautiful Crummock Water lake. A small trail goes up towards Grasmoor from Crummock Water. The trail is so narrow that overgrown ferns in the summer can easily hide it. I followed the trail half way up the first hill before it completely disappeared. I decided to walk a bit further as i was looking for a perspective where I could frame the stream with the lake in the background. It was just a bonus that the sun decided to illuminate the lake at that very moment.
