Lighting the fire! - Buttermere, Lake District

The whole day had been pretty much overcast and as were wer driving towards the southern end of lake Buttermere, all we could see were grey skies with a very narrow gap just above the horizon. By the time we setup, the sun was well behind the mountain and we thought that was it, then suddenly the horizon started to glow and there was an explosion of light from behind the farthermost fell setting fire to the sky and water in the lake.
