Veins! - Coniston Water , Lake District
As I have mentioned before, roots and curved branches are one of my favourite compositional elements. You can spot numerous shapes and create some interesting foregrounds, combine them with majestic backgrounds of the Lake District and you have a recipe for some interesting pictures. I saw this beauty right next to the parking at Coniston Water and just knew there was an image in there.
