Blue Water & Black Sand - Kirkjufjara Beach, Iceland
Took me a couple of tries to get the correct shutter speed to get some streaks in the waves. Kirkjufjara is a black sand beach in south Iceland near Vik. Famous for it picturesque coast line and abundant bird life in Summer. Access to the beach was closed in Jan 2017 following a drowning accident. This is a shot from the top of the cliffs looking down at the beach.
