Tenerife
Roots of the Island! - Arco de Tajao, Tenerife
This 30 meters long natural arch is part of the primordial basic structure of the island of Tenerife. It is part of the oldest volcanic rocks and structures that support the island. It is located quite close to the beach Playa De Tajao where we were headed for sunset. As the sun was already quite low, we decided on a quick stop over and glad we did. I immediately noticed the prominent cactus which I had seen in a picture and decided to use it as foreground and hide a bit of clutter from the frame.
