Canarian Oasis! - Maspalomas, Gran Canaria
The Maspalomas sand dunes nature reserve just after sunset. We were there during one of the frequent sand storms when the winds from the African Sahara desert fill up the sky as far as the canary islands. Although it was a cloudless sky, the suspended dust caught the golden light from the sun perfectly and turned the whole sky orange.
